Daniel J. Doron

Daniel Doron is a counsel in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice, representing clients in employment disputes and counseling clients on employment laws and practices. Mr. Doron joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.

Mr. Doron represents clients in a wide range of employment disputes and litigations pending before both federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. He regularly defends employers against claims of alleged discrimination under state and federal law. Mr. Doron also defends employers in wage and hour cases, including those brought on a putative class action and/or collective action basis. Further, Mr. Doron represents clients in litigations involving restrictive covenants and thefts of trade secrets. Where it is feasible to do so and would serve the client’s objective, Mr. Doron works to resolve such matters through negotiation even prior to the commencement of a lawsuit. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Doron has experience and expertise representing employers, both offensively and defensively, in a wide variety of other common law contract and tort claims arising out of employment relationships.
