Daniel L. Schneiderman

Daniel Schneiderman

is counsel with King & Spalding’s International Trade Practice Group. His practice concentrates on trade remedy actions, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters. Mr. Schneiderman regularly represents clients in actions before the Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, the United States Court of International Trade, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the World Trade Organization. In addition, Mr. Schneiderman has represented clients in foreign trade remedy cases before the Governments of China and Japan.

Before joining King & Spalding, Mr. Schneiderman spent seven years as an associate in the international trade group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he represented clients in a variety of trade remedy cases. Prior to his tenure at Skadden Arps, Mr. Schneiderman was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John M. Steadman on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he twice received the award of James Kent Scholar, and served as the head research and writing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Mr. Schneiderman received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia College.
