Daniel Csillag is an associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practice and the Health Care Practice. His practice focuses on counseling clients through complex and sensitive internal investigations, inquiries and investigations by federal and state enforcement authorities, and related litigation involving alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-kickback statute, Stark laws, civil False Claims Act, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement laws. Daniel also devotes significant time to the Firm’s various pro bono clients. His pro bono work includes pursuing U-Visa nonimmigrant status for victims of violence.
