Mr. Wierzba is an associate in the Government Contracts Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Wierzba has extensive experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR and OFAC regulations. His practice focuses on representing government contractor clients in bid protests, white collar defense, construction law, contractual performance disputes, Requests for Proposals analyses, and appeals of contracting officer decisions before Boards of Contract Appeals. Among his notable cases is a federal court trial where a subcontractor client was awarded nearly seven figures in damages for its pass-through contract and Spearin claims against a government entity; a victorious appeal to Arizona Supreme Court overturning an area of law dating back to 1910; and a federal court trial resulting in a complete defense judgment in favor of general contractor client, which was subsequently affirmed on appeal by a Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals published opinion.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Wierzba assists clients with government compliance issues, U.S. Attorney investigations, disclosures, and internal corporate audits.
