Daniel E. Park is an accomplished trial lawyer and litigator. Prior to forming Park & Sylva, Mr.Park was a partner at a prominent Century City firm. While at some of the top litigation firms in Southern California including his long tenure at Christensen Miller Glaser Weil LLP, Mr. Park successfully tried numerous high profile cases to verdict. During his 18 year career, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and has successfully defended companies and individuals facing high-exposure claims. He also provides general legal counseling for his corporate clients.

Mr. Park recently obtained over $10 million in arbitration awards and settlements on behalf of his investor clients against the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino and its owner Deutsche Bank. The result came after an arbitration hearing conducted in Las Vegas which lasted over 3 months against a national large law firm.
