Daniel Prince is an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property practices of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Prince maintains a litigation and arbitration practice focusing on complex international disputes, including civil and criminal matters, corporate and government investigations, and intellectual property cases (such as trade secrets, copyright, trademark, and patent litigation). He has significant trial and arbitration hearing experience. Mr. Prince has represented clients in California state courts and in federal courts across the country, as well as in arbitrations under the rules of the ICC and AAA.
