Mr. Sable is a senior associate in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on general business and commercial litigation, with extensive experience in complex real estate litigation and consumer class action lawsuits. He has counseled and represented a variety of corporate clients, in both state and federal courts in matters involving a wide range of general and complex commercial disputes including business torts, breach of contract, trade secrets, fraud, unfair competition and unfair business practices claims. Mr. Sable is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, pre-trial and post-trial litigation.
