Darca L. Boom

Darca is a senior funds attorney who practices with the tax and benefits group. She joined Ropes & Gray in 1995, and developed a proficiency in employee benefits, focusing on the fiduciary aspects of plan investments and management. Darca rejoined the firm in 2005 following a two-year hiatus while she practiced at a Des Moines law firm. Upon her return, she has focused primarily on analyzing and negotiating private equity and other private investment opportunities for investing clients.
