Darcy L. Jones is a member of Kasowitz’s intellectual property group, where she practices in the areas of patent and trade secret litigation. Her practice covers a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, luxury consumer products, and computer software.

Darcy has considerable experience representing clients in diverse and complex matters in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, from pre-filing investigation through post-trial briefing and appeal, and case management. She also has extensive experience in both written and oral advocacy, arguing numerous discovery and dispositive motions, examining witnesses, taking and defending expert depositions, and drafting trial and appeal briefs. Darcy has tried three patent cases to judgment in the past five years. Darcy is only admitted to practice in Georgia.
