Darío Avram

is a partner in the Firm’s Debt Finance Group. He focuses on debt finance transactions, with experience representing corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in a variety of complex secured and unsecured financings for U.S. and non-U.S. transactions, including leveraged buy-outs and acquisitions, first and second lien financings, mezzanine financings and ABL facilities. He also has extensive experience representing debtors in restructurings. Transactions range in size from tens of millions to in excess of two billion dollars.
