Darren McCarty's practice focuses on class actions and complex commercial litigation including securities litigation, First Amendment issues and appeals in both state and federal courts. Darren’s clients cross a number of industries, including telecommunications, automotive, financial services, insurance, health care, travel services and public accounting. His representations often involve multiple civil actions that are paired with government investigations and intense media attention.
