David Berlyne represents American, European and multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment funds in commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States.

He has written numerous articles for legal and real estate industry publications, including Estates Gazette, the UK’s leading real estate weekly, and has been acclaimed by Legal Business magazine as one of 30 top lawyers under 30 years of age. David was formerly a Lecturer in Law at King’s College, London. He holds a Master of Laws degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the London School of Economics and is an honors graduate of Manchester University. David sits on the Real Property Law Committee and the European Affairs Special Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
