I represent life sciences and technology companies in their critical partnering, licensing, financing and other business transactions, as well as operational agreements such as those for manufacturing and supply, distribution and pre-clinical and clinical research.
I have substantial experience as an in-house attorney, having been associate general counsel for Santarus, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, and Kosan Biosciences Incorporated, a biotechnology company acquired by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
In 2010 and 2011, the Legal 500 recognized me for patent licensing.
I periodically send to a personal distribution list interesting legal updates relevant to those engaged in collaborations and licensing transactions. If you would like to be added to my distribution list, please contact me.
