David A. Gilbert

David Gilbert is an associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on tax issues arising in corporate, partnership, and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and real estate transactions.

David also has experience advising private equity and hedge fund sponsors on tax aspects of fund formation, as well as representing institutional investors in connection with joint ventures and other investments.
