David A. Hall

David Hall's practice is centered on commercial financing transactions, including representing financial institutions, borrowers, and agents in various financing transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, workouts, and bankruptcy matters, having represented companies, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and other interested parties in the context of chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructurings.

David is an adjunct faculty member at The John Marshal Law School.
