David Silva has represented clients in civil, criminal, and regulatory disputes and regularly works on matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He has been involved in various aspects of civil and business litigation and has experience conducting internal investigations, working in conjunction with the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. David has worked on significant Latin America and Asia-related matters for Fortune 500 companies that included extensive legal and factual investigation and development in Mexico, South America, and China.

In addition, David has been deeply involved in local and international pro bono efforts. He has worked with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program to successfully represent clients in Section 8 housing cases, property disputes, and criminal misdemeanors and has worked with Lawyers Without Borders and the U.S. State Department to research and advise on human rights abuses in Latin America.
