DAVID B. SARNOFF is a co-founder and principal of Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff LLC. David combines his experience and knowledge as an attorney and a recruiter to develop an individualized and focused search to assist his candidates and clients obtain their desired goals.
His approach to recruiting is to guide his candidates through the process with an honest, insightful and objective perspective. David believes that the exchange of accurate information, treated with confidentiality and professionalism, is vital to serving the needs of both clients and candidates.
Prior to co-founding Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff, David was a recruiter at another New York search firm. He placed scores of attorneys from a variety of disciplines at prominent law firms, companies and investment banks throughout the United States, South America and Europe.
David also practiced law at a New York law firm in the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Hofstra University.
