Mr. Bennett’s practice is focused on intellectual property matters including: patent litigation; trademark litigation; licensing; and providing intellectual property counseling.

Mr. Bennett has represented clients, including Fortune 50 clients, in seven patent litigation trials (six of which were jury trials) involving asserting and defending against charges of patent infringement in the technological areas of internet and computer systems, software, electrical engineering, polymer chemistry (catalysts, processes, and plastics), mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and agriculture.
