David E. Meadows
is Counsel in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation Group. Mr. Meadows specializes in securities and shareholder litigation and related government investigations. He also has significant experience in commercial litigation, particularly with respect to the airline industry.
In 2009, Mr. Meadows was appointed by Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue to the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council, the government body designed to oversee the provision of legal defense to indigent criminal defendants.
Mr. Meadows is a 1999 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law.
