David is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. He has an international practice representing major pharmaceutical and medical device clients. His experience includes acting as local, regional and national counsel in mass tort product liability litigations involving prescription drugs and medical devices; defending medical device and pharmaceutical clients in statewide and nationwide medical monitoring class actions; and managing the defense of class actions alleging violations of state consumer fraud and unfair business practice laws.

David regularly counsels his Life Science clients on business issues including product labeling and marketing materials, adverse event reporting, document management, regulatory communications and press releases. He has also successfully assisted clients in responding to claims and requests brought by state attorneys general investigating claims of false and misleading advertising.

David has an active pro bono practice and was recently honored by Public Counsel as "Volunteer of the Year" for pro bono work on its Immigrants' Rights Project.
