David Bouchard's practice focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts. David is experienced in various stages of civil and criminal litigation, with a particular emphasis on pretrial discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.
David is active in the Atlanta community. He serves on the Leadership Council for The Posse Foundation, a nonprofit college access and youth leadership development organization.
