David J. Bryant is the national head of Katten’s Real Estate practice and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate law with a focus on issues surrounding forming and structuring real estate investments. With more than 25 years of experience, David represents private equity and real estate funds, pension funds, high net worth individuals, joint ventures and developers in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial buildings, including office towers, hotels, retail centers and multifamily complexes. He also has substantial experience in real estate development and finance, including mezzanine financing, joint venture and partnership formation.
