David J. Greene

David Greene, partner in the Washington, D.C. office, focuses his practice on investment fund formation, structuring and related transactions.

Mr. Greene regularly advises investment fund sponsors in the organization, negotiation and operation of investment funds, including infrastructure, buyout, energy, commodity, distressed asset and other funds. His practice includes the structuring and negotiation of fund agreements, co-investment arrangements, equity syndications and internal sponsor arrangements; the structuring and negotiation of passive and joint venture investments; the ongoing representation of fund and joint venture entities; the structuring and negotiation of separation arrangements and the structuring of fund investments.
