David Kulik focuses his practice on intellectual property law, where he has more than 20 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in a variety of industries. David has represented clients in District Court litigation and throughout the full scope of patent and trademark procurement activities, including patent and trademark appeals and patent interferences and post grant proceedings. He has also represented clients in cases before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. David has particular experience in counseling clients in worldwide patent procurement and maintenance strategies.
