Affirmative Action Compliance, in which he assists clients (including, among others, three Ivy League universities, a global research university, the flagship research institution of a state university system, the largest private university in the United States, multiple global pharmaceutical companies, two global food companies, a global investments company, a global information mobility company, the world's leading manufacturer of safety products, energy companies, utility companies, mid-market manufacturers, a leading professional engineering firm, a collection of museums, and an international humanitarian organization) on all aspects of compliance under Executive Order 11246, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974.
Workforce Change, in which he advises an array of clients on their group reduction initiatives and in which he has been the lead outside counsel over the past several years to a Fortune 100 company and to two Fortune 200 companies on their respective reductions in force.
Employment and Labor Litigation, in which he handles a variety of employment and labor cases, including putative class actions, in the federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration panels for several clients, notably the world's largest package delivery company.
Employment Counseling, in which he assists numerous longstanding and diverse clients on a myriad of individual and group compliance projects, including HR Audits, WARN tracking, ADA and other protocols, wage and hour advice, policy drafting, workplace investigations, and employment-related agreements.
