David L. Cox

David Cox is a partner with the firm’s nationally and internationally recognized Insurance Recovery Team, focusing his practice on the preservation and recovery of insurance-related assets for policyholders and complex commercial litigation issues. He has experience representing corporate policyholders, including manufacturers, government contractors, professional services companies, numerous banks and other financial institutions, investment companies and non-profits, in connection with civil actions, arbitrations, mediations, negotiations and advice involving a wide range of commercial insurance and reinsurance issues, including insurance company bad faith and coverage for asbestos bodily injury disputes, environmental liabilities, catastrophic property and business interruption losses, copyright infringement, construction defects, theft, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional errors and omissions.
