David L. Witcoff

David Witcoff has litigated complex, high-stakes intellectual property disputes for more than 30 years. His experience covers technologies such as semiconductor circuitry, fabrication, and packaging; circuit design; internet and World Wide Web systems and protocols; computer hardware and software; electronic commerce systems; computer networking; telecommunications; digital image processing; digital cameras; fuel tank inerting systems; paging control systems; optic lenses; medical devices; pharmaceuticals; diagnostic equipment; automotive control systems and components; and Christmas ornaments.

David has been lead trial counsel in federal district courts throughout the country, in the U.S. International Trade Commission, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Representative clients in public matters include Freescale Semiconductor, IBM, Kyocera, Micron, Motorola, Nikon, Parker Hannifin, and Texas Instruments.
