David's practice focuses on the acquisition, sales and finance of commercial and residential property in Arizona, Nevada, California and other "sunbelt" states. David routinely assists hard money lending clients and their organizations. David also routinely assists clients in the development and entitlement of real estate projects, commercial leasing, land banking and lot banking transactions, business formation and structuring and community Associations. David is currently an active member of both the Arizona Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association.
