David N. Pardys

David is involved in all aspects of the firm's employee benefits practice, and provides counseling on all facets of executive compensation and employment arrangements; employee benefits and tax issues in mergers and acquisitions/dispositions; qualified and non-qualified retirement plans; and ERISA. David also has experience in matters involving tax-exempt entities, ESOPs, federal tax law, and representations before the Internal Revenue Service.
