David Flugman's

practice covers an array of commercial litigation and advisory matters, including securities actions, shareholder suits, contract disputes, challenges to going-private deals, and class actions in the areas of internet privacy and ERISA. His pro bono work has centered on representing the rights of the mentally ill in the psychiatric facilities of a major hospital in New York City. David has represented clients, including publicly-traded companies, private equity funds, and individuals, in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. David has been named a New York "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine 2013.
