David Park is an associate in the Financial Services & Products Group. He focuses his practice on securities transactions and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, payment systems transactions and corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for public and private companies primarily within the financial services industry.

David received his J.D., with honors, in 2011 from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as an editor of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal, as a student intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Office of International Affairs and as a student attorney for the Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic. During law school, David clerked at two of the largest law firms in South Korea.

David received his M.A. in 2008 from UCLA under the State Department's National Foreign Language Initiative Fellowship, and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from UC Riverside in 2005. David is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
