David Houska is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group and a member of the Firm's Litigation Department. He joined the Firm in 2013 and is resident in the San Francisco office.

David received his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University in 2013. While at Duke, he served as Articles and Comments Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and was also a member of the Moot Court Board. In his third year of law school David worked in Duke's Children's Law Clinic where he represented local students in school disciplinary hearings. He received his B.A. in International Relations, with honors, from Stanford University in 2008.

Before law school, David worked for two years as a Legislative Assistant to Congresswoman Madeline Bordallo (D-GU) in Washington, D.C.

He is a member of the State Bar of California.
