David Arlington handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts in Texas and across the United States. He represents clients in cases involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as class action suits relating to securities fraud claims.
Mr. Arlington also has experience representing parties, both insurers and insureds, in insurance-related disputes ranging from coverage litigation to cases alleging statutory and common law bad faith. He routinely handles appellate matters in state and federal courts.
Mr. Arlington is also experienced in the identification, preservation, review, and production of electronic documents in litigation and other proceedings, the supervision of large discovery efforts and in the litigation of disputes relating to electronic discovery issues. He also consults with clients regarding the development and implementation of records management programs and discovery response plans.
