David V. Biesemeyer has more than 35 years of experience in equipment leasing and financing transactions. Mr. Biesemeyer handles matters involving various types of equipment, including aircraft, rail equipment, motor vehicles, vessels, manufacturing equipment, facilities and alternative energy equipment.

Mr. Biesemeyer has assisted principals and intermediaries in the development of various leasing and financing structures. In addition, he has testified in U.S. state and federal and Canadian courts on equipment leasing and other commercial loan matters.

Mr. Biesemeyer was previously general counsel of Crocker Equipment Leasing Inc. (the equipment leasing subsidiary of Crocker National Bank, later acquired by Wells Fargo Bank), ITEL Capital Corporation and ITEL Rail Corporation (the equipment leasing and rail equipment leasing subsidiaries of ITEL Corporation) and Great Western Leasing Corporation (the equipment leasing subsidiary of Great Western Bank, later acquired by Citibank). He was also senior counsel of two other equipment leasing companies: Thayer, Ringoen & MacDonald and TXL Corporation. For the past 26 years, he has continued his equipment leasing experience with international law firms.
