David Wu practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation and patent prosecution in the fields of computer, electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication technologies. He is experienced in performing patentability, invalidity, and infringement analyses; advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio development; and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications. Representative clients include DIRECTV, Honda, Mag Instrument, and Nautilus.

Prior to practicing law, David was a software engineer at IBM, where he designed and developed enterprise system software and oversaw software development operations in China.
