Deborah McCrimmon concentrates her practice on complex litigation, business disputes, internal investigations, corporate governance and consumer class actions in state and federal court.

Deborah has represented biotech companies in litigation arising from merger and acquisition transactions and has participated in internal investigations, including those involving stock option practices, breach of fiduciary duty, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and whistleblower claims. She has advised both large and small companies on business disputes and corporate governance issues that have arisen during the course of business.

Deborah has additional experience in commercial litigation, including significant insurance litigation experience.
