Deborah E. Quick

Deborah E. Quick is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Quick concentrates her practice on securing development and redevelopment entitlements, securing approvals (such as general and specific plan amendments, development agreements, zoning amendments and subdivision maps) from cities, counties and other governmental agencies, as well as the coordination and review of environmental documentation under the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. In addition, she conducts land use due diligence and provides counseling in the contexts of property acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing.

Ms. Quick received her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley in 2002 and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999.

Ms. Quick is admitted to practice in California.
