Debra Diggs practices real estate law, with a primary focus on real estate finance transactions. She represents lending institutions, as well as property owners, in transactions that include secured and unsecured financings, single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, construction loans, and mezzanine loans, and she advises clients in connection with loan origination, workouts, restructurings, and foreclosures.

Debra has experience in transactions that involve a broad range of asset types, including office projects, mixed-use properties, hotels and resorts, industrial properties, retail centers and residential projects. She also has experience representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of performing and non-performing loan portfolios.

In addition to her financing work, Debra’s practice includes documenting and negotiating commercial office and retail leases and purchase and sale transactions.
