Deepak Nambiar is a partner in the firm's New York office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and general commercial matters, with special emphasis on technology licensing, mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing transactions. He is also part of Kelley Drye's India Practice Group where he advises clients on cross-border transactions involving the U.S. and India. Mr. Nambiar has a wide range of experience working for a number of diverse industries including, technology, construction, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, entertainment, and healthcare companies. Mr. Nambiar has been recognized as one of the top Internet and e-Commerce lawyers in The International Who's Who of Internet & e-Commerce Lawyers publication.

As part of his corporate and general commercial practice, Mr. Nambiar has worked on mergers and acquisitions, where he has represented both buyers and sellers of stock as well as assets. He has also counseled clients in the formation of joint ventures and other entities. He has drafted and negotiated several long-term supply and purchase agreements, including those that involve the U.S. government. He has also advised clients on sales and marketing agreements, agency agreements, and distribution agreements.
