Delilah Vinzon is special counsel in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.

Ms. Vinzon practices general litigation in federal and state court, including complex commercial litigation involving corporate and securities law, financial restructuring, and intellectual property. She has represented financial institutions, as well as individual directors and officers, in a variety of matters, including securities class actions, adversary proceedings for fraudulent transfers and confirmation disputes in bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Vinzon has worked on matters through early and late settlement, mediation, summary judgment, jury and judge trial verdicts, and appeals.
