Derek Houston joined Adams and Reese in 2014 as Special Counsel in the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Practicing law since 2004, Derek focuses his legal practice on lending, commercial real estate and real estate development transactions and construction contracting. He previously has served as in-house counsel of a prominent national retail mortgage lender.

Derek is a former Shareholder with Trenam Kemker and a former attorney with Holland & Knight.
