Diana Sarju Kim represents employers in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and in alleged wage and hour violations. Ms. Kim also represents employers, employee benefits plans, and fiduciaries in employee benefits litigation brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Ms. Kim has represented companies across a number of industries and specialties, such as retail, financial institutions, insurance companies, hospitality, health care, educational institutions and packaging companies. Ms. Kim also counsels employers on hiring, termination of employees, employee grievances, harassment, leave administration, and other personnel issues.

Ms. Kim is committed to working with the community through pro bono work and diversity initiatives. For instance, she has provided legal representation on a pro bono basis to underprivileged victims of human trafficking violations through the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN). Further, Ms. Kim is committed to diversity initiatives as she served as a board member, treasurer, and secretary of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and she has been a member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
