Diane G. Elder

Diane G. Elder is special counsel and an intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She counsels clients regarding a wide array of domestic and foreign intellectual property matters, including trademark availability, licensing, advertising copy clearance, copyright protection, trade secret protection, and purchase and sale of intellectual property. Ms. Elder is a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice.

Ms. Elder has experience in intellectual property matters in Latin America, including Spanish advertising clearance. She also has extensive experience before federal courts and administration agencies, including the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the Copyright Office.

Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Elder was a partner with Wildman Harrold.
