Dianna is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group in Reed Smith's Pittsburgh office. She concentrates her practice on litigating and resolving complex commercial litigation matters for her clients. She has tried cases in state and federal courts across the country, and has successfully represented her business clients in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Dianna also has substantial appellate experience, having successfully briefed and argued many appeals to state and federal appellate courts.

Dianna has handled a wide array of complex business disputes for her clients, including high-stakes breach of contract matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, misappropriation of trade secret claims, unfair trade practices, shareholder and officer/director litigation, and financial services litigation. She has also defended a number of clients faced with RICO and class action claims.
