Dianne E. Carlson brings a distinct perspective to the Corporate & Securities Practice with her experience focusing on international labor and employment law. She has extensive experience advising clients both in cross-border employment issues as well as on employment matters arising in multinational mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Carlson’s experience includes employee terminations in multiple countries, multinational employment audits, global employee data privacy and protection, analysis of expatriate processes and agreements, and general practice information about a variety of countries’ labor laws and employment structures.
Ms. Carlson’s previous experience includes almost three years as general counsel and CFO of a disability consulting firm in Lewisville, Texas and more than five years as in-house counsel for American Airlines, Inc., handling such high-profile cases as the Pilot Age 60 litigation and the flight attendants’ challenge to weight standards.
