Dianne Sweeney is the head of the firm’s Silicon Valley Litigation Department. She is a commercial trial attorney who has significant experience in preparing and presenting complex cases for trial. Ms. Sweeney’s practice includes complex business transactions, contested property tax assessments, and trade secrets litigation for high technology companies. She practices in a variety of forums including federal courts, state courts and administrative panels. Ms. Sweeney also provides risk management assessments and litigation counseling to Silicon Valley start-up entities.
