Dina Bishay Andrawess

Dina Andrawess is special counsel in the Credit Finance practice group and a member of Cooley's Business department. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Andrawess specializes in commercial lending, debt finance and secured transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, asset-based lenders and emerging growth companies with respect to documentation of credit finance arrangements.

Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Andrawess was an associate at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP and its predecessor Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich in East Palo Alto, California. In 2000, Ms. Andrawess was a summer associate at Goulston & Storrs in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1999, Ms. Andrawess served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judith Fabricant, Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

Ms. Andrawess received her J.D. degree from Boston College Law School in 2001 where she was a Presidential Scholar from 1998 through 2001 and a recipient of the Harold and Ella Stevens Judicial Scholarship in 1999. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University in 1996 where she was a member of the Dean's List.

Ms. Andrawess is a member of the State Bar of California.
