Dino A. Doyle is a partner in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. He is a transactional lawyer practicing in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions and finance. The majority of Mr. Doyle's practice has centered on representing companies and investors in various corporate and financial transactions. He has substantial experience in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including: public offerings of securities registered under the federal and state securities laws; corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; private placements of securities; SEC periodic reporting and compliance matters; tender offers; corporate governance and other various business matters. He has also devoted a substantial part of his practice to international business transactions, including representations involving significant acquisitions and dispositions in India, China, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and Central America.
