Don has provided legal and business counsel to individuals and to companies ranging in size from newly formed entities to middle market organizations with sales in excess of $100 million. He is a businessman’s lawyer and often serves as the privately owned company’s alternative to in-house counsel. Several of these companies chose to grow through acquisition involving Don in both the acquisition and the related financing. One of these companies was listed on the NYSE while Don was serving as the corporate secretary.Whether his client is a founder, investor, senior executive or business organization, Don is skilled and effective at handling the full range of legal issues typically faced by his business clients, be it day to day legal issues or handling complex acquisition, financing, licensing or other transactions.Don was one of the original three founding lawyers of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. in New York City and served as the CFO of the firm as it grew to over 150 attorneys. Later he became a partner at Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Stamford CT where he headed the corporate group. For the last 20 years Don has run his own firm focusing on serving business clients.

Don is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Bedford-Armonk (as Treasurer and past President). He is also a member of the Senior Choir of the Bedford Presbyterian Church.
