Donald Morrow is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial and class action litigation and has tried more than 40 cases to judgment, both jury and non-jury. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Morrow has tried several extremely high profile cases. He represented The Irvine Company (which owns one-sixth of Orange County, California) in its massive shareholder appraisal case against Joan Irvine Smith. This case, tried over 17 months in Michigan, was possibly the largest shareholder appraisal case ever tried to conclusion. The result was described by The Wall Street Journal as a "major victory" for The Irvine Company.

He regularly represents clients in connection with technology and intellectual property matters. He has handled numerous cases involving patents, trademarks, and unfair competition claims. Mr. Morrow also regularly handles antitrust and unfair competition cases under both federal and state law. He has substantial experience defending clients in class action litigation.
